Yoga Nidra: Deep Relaxation through Guided Visualizations
Yoga Nidra is an Eastern tradition, which translates to ‘Yoga Sleep’ or “Sleep of the Yogi”. However, Yoga Nidra is not at all about falling asleep! Yoga Nidra is about experiencing guided visualizations while in a comfortable restorative position. The visualizations induce a state of deep relaxation and inner awareness. Yoga Nidra is a very powerful physical and mental relaxation technique. It soothes the body, helps clear the mind, and helps the mind to reach a state of peacefulness. The practice of Yoga Nidra relaxes, rejuvenates, and re-balances the mind, body and spirit. A VERY relaxing and rejuvenating meditative session. All Levels.

Yoga for the Holidays: Yin and Restorative Yoga
This is the perfect yoga experience for the holidays and just in time for the shorter days leading up to the Winter Solstice, a time of spiritual renewal. Yin yoga are poses that focus on stretching. They are poses that are usually done sitting or lying on the mat. They are long-held poses. Restorative yoga are also long held poses, but they differ in that bolsters are used. Both yin and restorative yoga poses help us to breathe, relax, and renew. An oasis of peace awaits you! Well-attended beloved annual workshop! All Levels.
